I have been waiting for several days for the username and password to see the results of my tests. When I call to complain, the voiceover tells me that they cannot assist me because the customer service hours are Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Today is Tuesday and it is 10:33 in the morning.

After a 45 minute delay I had to leave without taking the test. It was an ultrasound and I had to go 1 hour before without peeing and drinking 1 liter of water. There you are just one more and they don't care at all. I will not come back. We must take more care of the patient

Good treatment during the test with the doctor. But 1:15h late from my scheduled time. Please make appointments that are more in line with the reality and availability of the doctors, our time is as valid as yours.

Incredible professionalism and superior human treatment. Dr. Pedro Yáñez performed the test with incredible tact and sensitivity and very necessary in these cases. I wish there were more professionals like this man. He is an Angel, he impressed me a lot with the love he treated me.

I can't speak about the overall experience, I haven't been able to have it, so far only the telephone contact... I've been waiting all morning to make an appointment, and every half hour it gets cut off. Please improve the telephone service system.

I have been going to this clinic for years to get checked for the fibroadenomas that I have in my breasts and I couldn't be happier. Everything is super fast, since on the same day the Dr. sees you (in my case Dr. Villanueva who is exemplary), they do a breast ultrasound and give you the results. All in a couple of hours. I recommend it 100%. Thank you very much to the entire team for the professionalism and kindness you always show
